A gynaecologist is a doctor who specializes in women’s reproductive health, including diseases of the genital tract (ovaries, fallopian tubes, uterus, cervix, vagina, and vulva). Gynaecologists can seek out additional training in subspecialist areas, including maternal and fetal medicine.
